At SerpInsight, we strictly adhere to a non-discount policy due to the nature of our offerings, which involve providing non-material permanent items and services to our clients. Once the service or guest post link is delivered, we do not entertain requests for refunds.
By purchasing any of our packages, subscription plans, or supported guest post services, you agree that all payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated explicitly.
Our Money Back Guarantee
If we are unable to publish an article or guest post on the publisher sites you requested, you are eligible for a full refund (deducting gateway charges). Alternatively, you can retry on similar sites or credit your POSTING Wallet.
Writing Process Refunds
If you change your mind during the article writing or review process, we offer a 50% refund. You will still receive the news story and can request revisions; the completed article remains yours to use.
Publishing Process Restrictions
Refund requests made during the publishing process will be denied. Once publication begins, costs cannot be retrieved. Please verify all business contact details, spelling, keywords, and links before final approval.
Non-Refundable Factors
We cannot honor refunds for: website availability, loading speed, presence/absence of hyperlinks, search engine indexing, third-party comments, or content formatting styles.
